GPLOX is a Ofloxacin and Ornidazole broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial and protozoal infections, including infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, skin, soft tissues, eyes, ears, and gastrointestinal tract. It is also effective against sexually transmitted diseases, intra-abdominal infections, and infections associated with surgical procedures.

GPLOX contains Ofloxacin and Ornidazole, two powerful antibiotics that work synergistically. Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, disrupting DNA replication and repair, while Ornidazole interferes with protein synthesis in bacteria and protozoa, leading to their death. This dual mechanism helps eliminate infections more effectively, especially in mixed or resistant strains. GPLOX is also commonly prescribed for managing diarrhoea of mixed infections in adults. It offers rapid symptom relief, controls infection spread, and supports faster recovery in both acute and chronic bacterial conditions.
